APPLICATION FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE SUBSIDIZED INSPECTION AND SUPPORT PROGRAM

This form constitutes the application for eligibility for the Subsidized Inspection and Support Program, relative to By-Law 1866 (By-Law decreeing a subsidized inspection and support program to reduce the vulnerability of certain buildings to sewer backups and water infiltration).

The Program aims to reduce the vulnerability of eligible properties to damages related to sewer backups and water infiltration by offering, free of charge: an inspection, diagnosis, and support plan, as well as the production of an inspection report and a corrective work estimate.

The City is limiting the number of inspections to 250 for the program’s first year. If the limit is reached, compliant applications will still be accepted and placed on a provisional list for the second year
